I'm a documentary filmmaker specializing in authentic, impactful storytelling, operating out of Toronto, Canada, and available for projects anywhere in the world.

My journey began a decade ago with a passion project that taught me a fundamental truth: a properly crafted documentary can provoke new ways of thinking and shift the narrative on important issues. I’ve been chasing that potential ever since, sharpening my skills across writing, producing, directing, and cinematography.

In a media landscape saturated with sensationalism, I take a different path. My approach is participatory. I build connections and experience lives different from my own, rejecting the tendency to exploit a community for a quick film. I understand the responsibility of what I choose to document, and I take pride in capturing visuals that amplify the core story.

Ultimately, my measure of success is integrity—how well I’ve communicated and honored the story. I’m the one putting in the time, energy, and commitment to cover all angles—from hand-harvesting blueberries to standing in open fields in the dead of winter—and then re-living it all in the editing room to craft the most authentic viewing experience.
